Payment Terms

  • Full Payment Required: Complete payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation
  • Secure Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe with industry-standard encryption
  • Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation once payment is successfully processed
  • Receipt: Digital receipts are provided for all transactions

Service Modifications

We understand that plans can change. Here's how we handle service modifications:

  • Add-On Services: Additional services can be added up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery, subject to availability
  • Package Upgrades: Upgrade to a larger package up to 7 days before service (additional payment required)
  • Package Downgrades: Downgrade requests must be made at least 7 days in advance (refund difference applies)
  • Special Requests: Custom arrangements can be discussed and added with additional payment if needed

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important Cancellation Policy

Payments are non-refundable within 7 days of your scheduled delivery date. This policy ensures we can properly plan our harvest, staffing, and delivery routes.

Cancellation Timeline

More than 7 days before delivery

Full refund available (minus processing fees)

7 days or less before delivery

Rescheduling available, but no refunds

Day of delivery

No refunds or rescheduling (pumpkins already harvested and prepared)

Rescheduling Options

  • Free Rescheduling: Available up to 7 days before your scheduled date, subject to availability
  • Same Season Only: Rescheduling must be within the current fall season (September-November)
  • Availability Dependent: New dates subject to our delivery schedule availability
  • One-Time Change: Each booking includes one free rescheduling opportunity

Weather-Related Cancellations

Good News! If we need to cancel or reschedule due to severe weather conditions:

  • You will receive a full refund OR free rescheduling (your choice)
  • We'll contact you as soon as possible to discuss options
  • Weather cancellations are at our discretion for safety reasons
  • Light rain does not typically affect our service

Refund Processing

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing Fees: Small processing fees (typically 3-5%) may be deducted from refunds
  • Confirmation: You'll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
